get sample depth info

optional arguments:
  -h, --help            show this help message and exit
  -B BAM, --bam BAM     the bam file
  -D DEPTH_FILE, --depth_file DEPTH_FILE
                        the depth file
  -S SAMPLE, --sample SAMPLE
                        the sample name
  -N NOTICE, --notice NOTICE
                        the depth list,split by ","
  -F FAI, --fai FAI     the fai file
  -O OUT, --out OUT     the out dir
  -T TMP, --tmp TMP     the tmp dir
